No, participation in the Conference – both onsite and online – is completely free of charge.
Yes, participants – both onsite and online – will receive a certificate of attendance. It will be sent a few days after the Conference, once the necessary formalities have been completed.
Yes, participants will receive a certificate of participation for the webinars. In the email sent automatically after the webinar ends, there is a link available to generate a personalized certificate.
The organizers always try to secure a discount for the hotel where the Conference takes place. If one is available, we will inform participants accordingly.
Yes, presentations delivered in Polish are translated into English, and presentations in English are translated into Polish. Before entering the room, participants should collect a translation headset and return it at the end of the day.
Yes, all presentations at the Conference are interpreted into Polish Sign Language. The interpretation is available both for in-person and online participation. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide Polish Sign Language interpretation for the webinars.
Yes, we provide cold and hot beverages, light refreshments, and lunch.
Yes, however participants are responsible for arranging parking spaces in the hotel parking lot or in the paid parking zone on their own.
Yes, but we kindly ask that you notify us by email so that someone else can take the available spot.
